Aeratis Historically Accurate, Opperable, Custom Shutters

Aeratis Custom Raised Panel shutters are only sold in pairs and are delivered the exact height needed for your project. You can request the shutters to delivery raw and ready to paint or painted a custom color. You will have the option to purchase all the hardware in multiple styles to be able to open and hold back a pair of shutters. This includes the stainless steel New York style top hinges, mid-hinges, bottom hinges and pintles with a 0 offsets (For surface mount). Shutter hardware also includes the shutters dogs, lag bolts and shutter supports.  Wall mounting screws as well as the screws used to mount the hardware to the shutters are included with all hardware kits. The only additional hardware that is not offered on this site is the slide bolt to lock the shutters closed.  All  raised panel shutters offered are put in to 2 categories. Note: 24″ is the  maximum width for raised panel shutters and the pair will cover a 48″ opening.

Panel Material

All Raised Panel shutters use Aeratis proprietary technology for the stiles and rails. The panels are made from Extira® made by Jeld Wen. Many panel styles are available and you can even have your favorite cut- outs added to the top and or the bottom panels.

Lead-Time

All Aeratis Custom Shutter assembled by Aeratis ships within 10 days unless otherwise specified on your order. Typically orders that are greater than 10 days may include 50 plus pairs of shutters or if custom materials have to be created to make your specific shutters. In all, 99.9 percent of all shutters ship within 10 business days of your order being place.

Custom Colors

All Aeratis shutters made by Aeratis can be shipped raw or painted a custom color. Custom Colors can add 5-10 days to the lead time. To have your shutters finished a custom color simply provide the color code or number along with the paint manufacturer. All shutters will be shipped with a touch up kit to touch up any issues caused from shipping or installation.

Sizes

With our proprietary PVC formulation Aeratis can make much larger shutters at a much more cost effective price. When it comes to a custom louver shutter, the typical max with is 24″, however we have made custom accordion shutters that span up to 108″ in width. The tallest of shutters are about 132″ tall or 11 feet. If you are looking for custom sizes, you have come to the right place
